This stylish townhouse offers modern comforts with an open-plan living space, a private balcony, and ducted air-conditioning. With easy access to local cafés, wineries, and nature trails, plus a short drive to Mount Barker’s town centre you’ll have everything you need for a relaxed and convenient stay.  
  
Step into this beautifully designed home via the secure garage, which has space for one large car or two smaller ones. A short path leads you through the outdoor setting to the back sliding door, where you’ll enter a bright and welcoming open-plan living area. The modern kitchen features a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, double sink, fridge, and a pod coffee machine, making meal prep effortless. The dining area has ample space for shared meals, while the inviting lounge is fitted with a large smart TV and streaming services for lovely nights in.  
  
Adjacent to the living space, the laundry includes a washing machine, sink, and a convenient guest toilet. Upstairs, a handy study nook provides a quiet space for work or planning your adventures. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.  
  
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.  
  
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
