Unclear and confusing policies and charges around dogs. Unhelpful/sarcastic staff. Nice location could be so lovely but our stay was ruined by extra charges and rude staff. I would not stay again and would not recommend it.

The hotel lobby could do with something as I feel it lets the rest of the hotel down. The restaurant and room we had was very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. We did not eat at the hotel mainly because we were eating in town and meeting friends but would try it another time. The only thing which reduced our rating is that I’d searched high and low for a hotel with twin beds, only to find on querying the kingsized bed we had been give that the ‘instruction from the third party ‘ (ie Expedia) ‘was for a kingsized bed’. Luckily I was staying with my sister so it wasn’t a problem. We’ve had this issue before. It’s a shame Expedia seem to be deciding what type of bed we want!! I suppose I will have to ring ahead next time. A shame as there’s enough to think about when travelling. This will be another thing to do.

Lovely hotel could not fault room 106 it was amazing, only sore point was we were a party of 8 and in the dining room 5 of us were served meals but the other 3 had to wait 20 minutes for theirs, which by this time the others had nearly finished, then when we asked for dessert menu we were told it was to late but our party had finished eating for nearly an hour with no table service, thankfully the manager was very apologetic and served us desserts. I know it sounds like a grump but other than this 1 issue it was a fantastic stay and breakfast was amazing

Everything was to our liking and very good value for money. It is very close to Stratford upon Avon and the park and ride. Highly recommended for anyone who prefers the rural setting.

Lovely hotel. Really pleased with our stay. staff were really friendly. The rooms are nice & big, huge comfy bed (had an amazing nights sleep!) Really nice choice for breakfast, food was really good quality. Would stay again.

Hotel was in a nice location, clean and tidy. Manager was very nice. One thing that did stick out was that a a new toilet seat had been fitted in our room that was the wrong shape and size for the toilet. Receptionist did not speak to us when checking out this morning, not even to say good morning or thank you . Which seemed a bit off.

Beautiful setting and fabulous views in all directions. Totally silent at night, and very comfortable beds. Interesting property with lots of outdoor seating and areas to sit inside. Staff very friendly and helpful. Limited choice of wine and food. Excellent value and would definitely visit again, highly recommended for a quiet hotel a couple of miles from Stratford upon Avon.

Very spacious quiet comfortable room. Easy access for Stratford and the surrounding area. Everything about the hotel was good value for money including the pre booked breakfast. Would certainly stay here again.

We stayed overnight as we were visiting friends in Loxley. Lovely quiet hotel, Room was perfect. Breakfast.... great selection of hot and cold food. Highly recommend!!
