The condo is a modern, spacious, fully equipped top floor unit. The 471 sq feet includes high ceilings, exposed brick and has 1 bedroom, an open space living room with a cabinet murphy bed, a full kitchen and a bathroom. The loft is comfortable and bright and a blend of modern living with rustic character. Ideal for couples, business travel, families or a small group of friends. The Condo is just a few minute walk from the Avon Theatre and less than a 20 minute walk to the Festival and Tom Patterson theatres.
