« Breakfast is the problem. We were told that Sunday there is no breakfast, which is not written anywhere on the website; so we had to have - and pay for - breakfast somewhere else. Then, when we had breakfast the other days, we were asked to order the evening before (not written on Expedia as well) and what we were given was barely enough. « Lovely little house, with everything you need for a home from home. Downsides- there is child lock on the Wi-fi, not good for a tradesman working away. Cold house- woke up every morning shivering. "The hotel overall is excellent, clean and the decor is beautiful. However, there are two minor issues that hold it back. Firstly, not being able to change the temperature in the room was a problem for me, as it was too hot on both nights I stayed in the room. Secondly, I do not know what was going on in the restaurant on Saturday night but it was chaos. There were three tables around me, and myself, and all four orders were wrong. It also seemed a little like some serving staff were trying to avoid eye contact with customers and were cleaning tables rather than serving guests. Friday night, however, was excellent service in the restaurant and the server was attentive and asked how my meal was, etc. Finally, the automated checkin - it is okay, but after I leave checkin, how am I supposed to know what my room number is? I was only offered the card, nothing with the room number on and I had to get a member of the chamber staff to find out my room number for me. Still, it was otherwise good, I'd stay again, and the breakfast was very good. "
