Room was comfy, nicely furnished. Tea and coffee and biscuits were top quality. Bathroom clean, everything clean really. But having paid a relatively premium price for bed and breakfast, only to find a limited smaller choice included (with every extra costing more) we found it disappointing. That's not made clear at time of ordering. I mean, how expensive is it to include cereals etc? BUT the rooms are lovely and staff friendly. A bit odd it took more than 10 minutes wait to be given our key, 30 mins after check in opened.

Friendly, helpful team of staff, calm and supportive. We were a party of four women. One of us has mobility challenges. The accessible room was perfect for her. They were happy to go with our birthday celebration wishes, so we could decorate the table and they brought out the cake. Food was delicious and pub restaurant was well spaced out. Would definitely visit again.

The room was clean and tidy with an ensuite bathroom, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was nice and the atmosphere warm. I genuinely would go back and stay their again if I'm ever in the location. Plenty of parking with a quiet surrounding area so no noise at night, all in all definitely worth the money spent and pleased to have picked the hotel to stay at, highly recommend...

Lovely stay, room was comfortable and lots of nice little touches, all great quality. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, I never heard a thing all night. Breakfast was really good, all freshly prepared and piping hot. Roberts radio in the room. Lovely pure wool blanket for over the bed.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room with a very comfy bed, plenty of facilities e.g. tea/ coffee, toiletries, bottled water etc. Staff are excellent especially Adam and Lorna. Food - breakfast and evening meal were also excellent, we cannot fault the Eaton Oak and will be returning soon. A big well done and thank you to all of the staff!
