"Archer Ave is a major thoroughfare so there was considerable traffic noise. The price was reasonable and the room seemed clean with one standout exception- I found two small cockroaches (5/8” long x 1/8” wide) running around in the bathroom area the morning after my first night’s stay. They appeared to come out of the wall at the frame of the bathroom door. After killing those two I didn’t see any more for that evening or next morning before I departed.
