Nittany out the back door. Conveniently close to downtown State College and everything Penn State. Enjoy a hike up Mt. Nittany, coffee at Eden Valley or Cafe Lemont and/or dinner at Kamri Thai and Sushi House, Happy Valley Brewing or the Voodoo Brewery! It's all here. This cute cape cod was built in 1946 and has been completely renovated. A firepit and patio for relaxing outside. If you have 6 or 7 guests coming, we will open up the basement for you to use, so you will have an extra bedroom, bathroom and living room for $100 extra cost for the weekend. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms are set up each with a Smart TV. The house was quite spacious and comfortable. Very clean, room to sit and relax, both inside and out. We took advantage of the fire pit and enjoyed the cooler weather around the blaze. Beautiful neighborhood, huge backyard, plenty of space to relax after the work of moving. Highly recommend! ##### Diana R.
