The house had everything we needed for a relaxing girls’ weekend. I highly recommend this house for friend groups, families or couples!"

"The house and lake were beautiful. Very clean. So quiet…we enjoyed it. The beds were quite comfortable as well. A garage door opener would have been very useful to have. We loved our stay. Unfortunately we had a medical emergency and had to leave our 5 day stay 2 days early but maybe we will get a chance to return again."

"I’m a hiker so this location was perfect. My friend and I drove about 3-5 miles down the road until we found a parking spot and took off into the Au Sable forest and hiked for hours with our dogs. The home is cozy with great views and all of the basics for a great stay. Highly recommend."

"I was looking for somewhere that could accommodate my elderly parents and found this lovely place in Tawas City. There are some steps but certainly much more mobile friendly for my parents than many of the waterfront homes I was seeing available. The home is beautifully appointed and honestly the views, the views, the views!!! Frank & Jennifer are amazing and very responsive to inquiries/questions. Sadly, my sister and I realized that this would probably be the last trip we will be able to take...

"Cabin is located on prime spot with beautiful view of the Rifle River. Cozy and quiet; exceptionally clean; well-stocked kitchen; beds very comfortable. Rained on and off the whole time, but it we still enjoyed campfires at night, and the raindrops falling on the river added to the serenity of this beautiful cabin. Highly recommend; will return this summer or fall to enjoy the river."
