The waters off Linwood in the Saginaw Bay are known for their excellent perch and walleye fishing. Nayanquing Point State Wildlife Area is just a couple miles away and has tens of thousands of ducks, swans, geese, wading birds, shorebirds, raptors, and songbirds migrate through Nayanquing Point SWA each fall and spring. Franks Great Outdoors is right across the street for all your fishing and hunting needs. Linwood Beach Marina is just a few miles away to launch your boat or hire a fishing charter. This 2-bedroom house has 2 twin xl beds in each bedroom, including a full bathroom with shower. Washer and dryer. Wi-Fi with internet and a 60-inch flat screen in the living room. The kitchen has spices and other food items and there is an assortment of toiletry items if you have forgotten anything. Then there are the little chocolates on each bed. Plus there is the game room should you run into inclement weather. On top of that, should you have a question from the property owners, you get an immediate response. The host had everything we needed already provided for our stay. Location was perfect for our ice fishing trip & the food was excellent. The house was perfect for us. It was very clean and the host had everything you could want on the premises. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
