"Room and hallway smelled musty and like weed. No pillow cases on one of the beds. Very limited to almost no amenities.. the parking lot has a total of like 8 spots. Would not recommend "

"The staff weren’t very pleasant, especially the kitchen attendant. Rooms were small and stuffy and the beds were quite old and uncomfortable. Would not stay here ever again "

"I wouldn’t want anyone to stay there the rooms are nasty you feel like you have no privacy. You’re definitely paying for what you get when it comes to this place. I went to check the bed there was a pee stain and the man at the front desk tried to tell that the bed is clean. So he gave a different room and the second room smelled like wet dog. I ended not even staying the night cause it was soooo bad "

"The main issue at this property all though this person is excellent at checking you. But there customer I have only seen employees act like this in this area of Connecticut. No respect no manners go back and forth with you. Like your money as no value. That shirt indian guy works at the Red Carpet Inn. Everyone vaho stay there doesn't like dealing with this guy. Very rude and out of Pocket . He a liability."

"My check in was excellent, very quick. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and personable, My room was very clean from the bathroom to my bed all good. Would definitely recommend for a comfy stay! Parking was easy aswell. "

"Old hotel. For example carpet in the corridor has bumps. The first day the shower was tepid but the problem was fixed on the second day. The toilet paper is the super thin kind that you need to fold 20 times and still falls apart. There is no espresso machine in lobby and I consider that a minimum amenity. I had a chocolate cake slice from the bar, one of the worst I ever had. Location is good, 15mins walk to the train station. Personnel was nice and friendly."
