"Wir waren zum Konzert von Sarah Connor in Hamburg. Das Hotel haben wir ausgesucht weil die Konzerthalle von dort aus fußläufig erreichbar ist. Meine Ehefrau und ich waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und können bzw werden Sie gerne und ohne ein schlechtes Gewissen auch weiter empfehlen. Das Z immer war ausreichend groß und gepflegt. Das Badezimmer hatte erstaunlicherweise eine sehr große Dusche mit einer Ganzglastür. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und bot für jeden Geschmack...

"Zimmer war sehr gut. Frühstück auch. Die Lage im Industriegebiet aber sehr nah an der Autobahn. Für eine Nacht. Super. "

"Service null aber nicht anders zu erwarten. Haupteingang (zu den Zimmern) unten war immer geschlossen also wenn abends keiner mehr da ist, kann man sein Zimmer nicht mehr betreten. Es wurde renoviert, an sich kein Problem aber Zweimal während ich geschlafen hab, hat einfach jemand mein Zimmer betreten, ohne vorher zu klopfen. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert und TV Sender wurde nicht bezahlt also ging auch nicht. Mitarbeiter sind unwissend und fast nutzlos. Ich wurde bei der Ankunft noch nicht einmal...

"The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. "
