Hotel ticks all the boxes for us - free car park, free wifi with decent speed, clean, free simple breakfast with good variety, friendly and helpful staff. Only a few minutes easy walk to ferry terminal to go into Hamburg city - a good, cheap and convenient way of seeing the ports and harbour views. "Ich wurde direkt beim Check-In sehr warmherzig und persönlich empfangen und wurde weiterhin nicht enttäuscht. Das gebuchte Zimmer (ohne Balkon) hat alles, was man benötigt, um sich hervorragend selbst zu versorgen: ein riesiger Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Teller, Gläser etc. sind vorhanden. Sogar ein Wasserkocher und ein Coffemaker stehen zur Verfügung. Ansonsten sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sozusagen direkt vor der Haustür. Auch die Reeperbahn und die nächste Ubahn-Station sind 3 Minuten zu Fuß...
"Hotel is clean and location is good- seems like it was likely a great hotel in the 90’s and hasn’t been updated since then. Breakfast was good but also not included so not worth the added cost. We would not stay here again "
