Hotel was conveniently located to Red Hook Marina. While the rooms were furnished comfortably...they smelled like musty and like mold.

"Cabana on the beach"
The views were incredible from our balcony! It was a great place to spend our honeymoon. It's a short trip from Smuggler's Cove which is an incredible beach. The staff were very accommodating and tried to make us as comfortable as possible during our stay. The bed was not very comfortable, but that would be my only criticism.

"Nice hotel, with several pools and a small beach"
A reasonably good experience for our first trip to St. Thomas. The resort did not have the cleanliness that we would usually expect, but met our needs for food, recreation, amenities and location. The pools seemed a bit green and looked like they could use a good cleaning, but offered a fun place to play with the kids. The all-inclusive program is a must for families because purchasing food and drinks at the resort is very expensive. Taxis are also expensive (they charge flat-rates per/person based on destination), so getting around the island to other restaurants is costly. When we arrived at our oceanview room we overlooked the roof of the building in front of us and were close to the staff/maintenance entrance of the hotel (quite noisy in the morning). The front desk staff and manager were extremely helpful in moving us to a much better room the next day, which made our stay much more enjoyable.

"Gorgeous views, nice rooms."
We arrived late last Sat. night. Dropped our bags off and ran to dinner at the hotel. Delicious dinner and dessert. That first night in building #11 the Beach Bar kept us awake until very late, even with the air fan on, ear plugs and a sound machine we brought. It was so LOUD ! Next morning asked to be moved. Had to pay $33 extra a night, for an ocean front bottom floor in building #1. Much better, nicer, quieter room. Had delicious dinners out every night, at ZoZo's, Extra Virgin my favorite, The Terrace-Austin was awesome, Ocean Grill, and went to all the beautiful beaches. Loved Maho, Francis, and Trunk Bay.
