We are frequent visitors to Saint Simons, and I was impressed with this property! The location was excellent- beach access (right between East Beach and King and Prince) and the pool was beautiful and welcoming! We had an amazing view of the ocean and pool from our balcony and took it all in! Very close to all the shops and restaurants in the Village area, parking was convenient, and check in/out process was a breeze! The only thing I would have like to see that even though the building was oceanfront, the condo was ocean VIEW only. Also, only the hot tubs were not very hot at all and the jets were about worn out. The tubs should be replaced or at least repaired. All of the contents were frozen - multiple times. We adjusted the temperature but this did not help. The rental office called to tell us the owner was stopping by within the hour to install something in the refrigerator. We thought - oh great, he will be fixing the refrigerator. He didn’t show.
