  • Hodnett Cooper is proud to offer this lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home, just half a mile from the Village.

    12 Live Oak is situated among a select group of vacation cottages. The house is a short walk or bike ride to the beach, village, pier, shops and restaurants.

    This home features a great open floor plan perfect for entertaining with a spacious kitchen open to the dining area. The adjacent living area features a gas fireplace, hardwood floors and entry onto the screened in porch. Very cute!

    Pets are accepted for a $150 non-refundable fee.

    Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, Sleeper Sofa
