« As mentioned, the communication was excellent between guest and host. The only issue we had was the placement of the lockbox for the keys. We weren't sure if the box that was located near the garage floor was a lockbox or some sort of sensor or anything. If the lockbox was placed at eye level say for a 5'10" person, I think this would be more accommodating to your tall guest as well as not so tall guest. The location would probably be an issue for those with health challenges or elderly....

« House was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a great overall location. My only complaint was the communication. I asked 2 quick questions on separate occasions that were never answered. There also was an issue with the door code upon check in and getting a response as to which code to use required me to have to reach back out after I was told to expect a text that never came . I would definitely recommend the property but would hope the communication would improve. »
