Everything zbout tjis place was perfect...great location...private parking...pool and hot tub...great view from balcony...beach essentials provided...clean and beautifully furnished

Everything was great! The only nit-picks we would have are the washer gave us some trouble, the primary bedroom toilet would keep filling after flushing, and the shower curtain was a little moldy.

Had a nice stay. Views partially blocked by palm trees. Kitchen is in need of restocking (limited supplies if you plan on preparing meals.) Bedroom windows are blacked out.

The condo had absolutely everything my husband and I could want for a work-play getaway. Very clean, lots of toiletries and supplies, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of bright, clean spaces to relax in. Highly recommend

My family of five loved staying at this clean, well-stocked, comfortable oasis! It was perfectly located for access to the beach, pool, fishing, local restaurants and shops, and area attractions. The kitchen had everything we needed and the unit even had chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, sand toys, a fishing pole, and a small cooler for our use. Communication and security was excellent as well. We were very pleased and completely satisfied with our stay:)

Just cross the street you got a beautiful beach. You need nothing the place has towels. Cutlery soap blankets extra blankets toys usb cups everything… the pool is open until late night. It’s was our second time there. Great

Watch when they say work being done on the outside of the building! Not the owners fault but no view of the water due to plywood up preventing opening sliding doors.

The property was as advertised, across the street from a beautiful, clean beach and within walking distance to several bars and restaurants, as well as directly next door to the grocery store. The condo was surface cleaned, but needs a good deep cleaning. The beds were very comfy. The pool was nice for our daughter, the water in the hot tub was questionable so we didn’t use that. We were able to walk to the beach for sunsets, although there was a Red Tide warning so we weren’t able to swim in the gulf. We appreciated all the little extras in the condo, like Tupperware, wine glasses, laundry detergent pods, beach toys, chairs and cooler. We definitely recommend going down the road to John’s Pass, we had a great day exploring the shops and saw dolphins swimming while we ate. I understand the need to send check in information closer to arrival but after traveling all day and arriving at 1am, I hadn’t checked my email so did not see the check in code for the outside door. I was able to get it calling the rental company but having it sent earlier would’ve been helpful. We also never received the code for the pool gate but asked other guests for it. Overall, we had a great stay and appreciated having a nice condo to spend our down time in!

The condo is roomy and fit 2 couples perfectly, the balcony was large and over looked the inter coastal, we used the pool and hot tub which was well kept and the Publixs grocery store is right next door which was very convenient and just a short walk across the street is the beautiful beach, it's walking distance to local restaurants/bars and 1.8 miles from John's pass if we needed a ride there was trolleys and free ride hoppers (just give them a tip) they were friendly and pretty speedy! We will definitely be back!
