You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

The Little House

newly renovated studio apartment, located in walking distance to the Pinellas trail and largo central park. Very cute and cozy. Fully furnished along with some basics (towels, hairdryer, pots, pans, ect.). This is truly a must see, we have put so much time and effort into this little getaway, and we hope that others will enjoy it as much as we do.

Loved Our Stay / GREAT Property Owner
The place is perfect for a couple who want a nice clean place to stay that is centrally located. It was perfect for my wife and I. When we got there the electronic combination lock wouldn't work on the door. We contacted the property owner and she was able to open it remotely. However, that only worked one time. We stayed on the phone with her and tried to troubleshoot but nothing seemed to work. We had to leave to meet friend and she asked us to just leave the door unlocked (she would monitor via the camera) and she would come take a look in ~30 min. About an hour later we got a call, she had completely replaced the electronic lock, set the combo to our desired code and we were good to go. Obviously the lock not working at first wasn't ideal but things like that happen. We were super impressed with the owners commitment to making it right and getting it fixed so quickly with a brand new lock! You can stay here knowing that if you have any issues they will be addressed by a owner who lives near by and really cares for her renters!

The Little House was perfect for me and my roommates spring break! It was evident that the space had been newly renovated, which was great. The property is about a 10 minute drive from the Indian rocks beaches! Cleanliness of the apartment was ok (the shower hadn’t been cleaned), but overall the great price and location of this home made it well worth it.

The Little House was exactly what we needed and filled our needs. It is close to everything and only 15 minutes from the Gulf beaches. The place was immaculate.
