This cozy corner suite is situated on the ground floor, directly across the street from the scenic Madeira Beach. In just a short walk, you can enjoy the sand and surf or explore local eateries. You won’t need a car once you’re here, but if you want to check out additional shopping, dining, and entertainment options, they’re available within a short drive. After a day of adventure, return to your thoughtfully decorated condo, complete with contemporary furnishings..

Perfect property across the street from the beach , many restaurants, and grocery store . The property was exactly as pictured , had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our requests .

Great spot!
We loved our stay at the Sunset Beach Suites! This location was perfect - whatever we needed was within walking distance and the beach is right across the street. This suite is exactly as advertised and was extremely clean upon arrival. They provided lots of extra towels and linens and all other amenities needed for our 3 night stay. We met one of the neighbors who lives upstairs and she was very kind and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Madeira Beach, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend away!
This was a terrific place for a beach retreat. I was traveling alone, but this would also be a great place for a couple. It is not beachfront, but it is an easy walk across the street to the beach. The location is terrific. There were things within walking distance or an easy drive. I like Madeira Beach. Reddington Beach to the North is slightly quieter with less commercial but little is in walking distance. Treasure Island and John's Pass to the South has great restaurants with much more traffic. A grocery store is a short drive away. The unit is modestly equipped compared to other places I have stayed. It has the basics and I appreciated the two bottles of water and snacks upon my arrival. If you are planning to stay for longer than a weekend and you are driving, I recommend you bring toilet paper and paper towels (they only start you with one roll of each). If you plan to cook at all you will need salt/pepper, condiments, or other spices. I would also encourage you to think about what you like to have for the beach (e.g., plastic bags/containers, a cooler, an extra beach towel or two -- they provided two). I did have a question during my visit and Nicholas responded very quickly and was quite helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Great accommodation/ Poor location
Apt was clean, well appointed and nicely decorated. Units are adjacent to a very busy street. Parking requires crossing sidewalk, bike lane and then entering the high traffic street. You also hear traffic noise (motorcycles. emergency sirens, trucks, cars ) while in your unit. Fortunately bedroom in rear so noise not bad.

We enjoyed our stay, location was easy to find! You could walk everywhere if you don’t mind walking 10 minutes to get to John’s pass! Dolphin cruise was great! We saw so many dolphins! Only wished that I had a few more days to stay!

Clean and comfy in a great location
Property was very clean and well kept. Pictures are accurate. We loved the location. It is close (walking distance) to public beach access, shopping, and restaurants. We arrived to find some welcome snacks & bottled waters on the table (much appreciated). There were coffee pods, creamers, and sugar available as well. All appliances were very clean and in working condition (we never tried the stove). The bathroom was well stocked with multiple rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, make up remover towelettes, and towels. Air conditioning worked great. The bed was extremely comfortable and all linens were fresh & clean. There is some street noise at times in the living room area which is towards the front of the condo by a busier street but the bedrooms are located in the back which made it quiet for sleeping so this was absolutely no issue for us. The only hiccup we had was check in. I didn’t receive the check-in info that day and waited till closer to the 4:00 check-in time to reach out via the Vrbo text to the host. Upon not hearing back after an hour, I ended up reaching out to VRBO who got in contact with the host within minutes. Regardless if this was an email/site glitch or something else, it got resolved quickly and everyone was very nice about it. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

This little condo was just adorable - very nicely renovated and extremely clean! Close to everythinng and the owners were super easy to communicate with. But HANDS down the most comfortable King size bed I have ever slept on while at a Vrbo! They had everything we needed for our stay!
