Ideally located on Gulf Blvd. with super convenient access to the beach and area restaurants and bars.Spacious unit with nice balcony for views of the stunning sunsets.

Great Weekend Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo, clean, restaurants close by and so close to the beach was a big plus quick walk across the street and there was the ocean.

Amazing stay and great location!

The walk to the beach was 2 minutes and the pool and pier in the back allowed for activities like fishing and more. The location was also near nice places to eat and the environment was peaceful. The property was well kept and clean, we would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We loved it!

Perfect location to the beach. Condo had all the beach items needed. The condo was decorated cute and clean. Master bed super comfy. We came in November so my kids did wish the pool was heated but we ended up spending most all the days at the beach playing football or games. Super respsponsive host!!

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed our stay at Indian Sands!! The condo was beautifully decorated and convenient to dining, beach and attractions for the whole family. Lynn was an amazing host who was very responsive and attentive!! Only complaint was vacation ended too soon😉

My family and I had an amazing time. The host Lynn is wonderful. Great beach short walk. Excellent family get away. Especially if you don’t like a crowded beach. Pretty water and good food just a walk away. We will definitely be back again.

Wonderful beach rental!

My family and I stayed in the rental for four nights. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed to make our trip easy. Plenty of beds to sleep in, and very comfortable. The owners were great! They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely try to stay there in the future!

Great Stay!

Overall we were very pleased with our stay! The location was terrific and the amenities located at the condo were very handy. We spent most of our time at the beach, which was a short walk across the street. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and ice cream shop. Communication with the owner was quick and easy as was the check-in process. This was our first time to Indian Shores, but we would definitely return!

Beautiful Condo! Great Location!

Beautiful! This condo is large, nicely decorated and well stocked. The perfect “home away from home.” Beach access is right across the street. The condo is on the intercostal and we were able to see the Falcon rocket launch from the dock area. Many restaurants nearby, with several within walking distance. Heated pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Great Location close to the beach!

Hosts were awesome; they let us check in early, and were quick to reply back. They even suggested some good food to eat close by. (Lobster rolls at caddy’s, Delicious!) The place was clean, and had everything we needed and more. Beach right across the street, and easy to access with the crosswalk. Try fishing off the dock on the property, or from the beach on a calm day. Go to Redington shores bait and tackle to get some bait, and good fishing advice. We will definitely head back to this property year after year.

Perfect for a family!

This property is exceptional. We loved the hosts. They communicated well and made sure we were settled in. The location is perfect. Beach access is right across the street. The pool is outside the unit. It is away from the busiest area of Indian Shores, but close to good restaurants and bakeries. Our favorite feature was the storage unit. Pool rafts, floaties, beach chairs, beach toys, and more! Our 4, 7 and 9 year old had a blast and mom and dad could RELAX.

Wonderful!

We loved the location, 2 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful, clean condo with more “starters” than I’ve ever had at a VRBO, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, dish soap, etc. Walking distance to Caddy’s for great food and drinks on the intercoastal. The condo was exactly as pictured and it was a nice plus to have access to the closet with all of the beach and pool supplies. In fact my brother forgot his new beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs so there is even more things to use!😂 We would definitely be back to stay again. Highly recommend.

Gem in Indian Shores

Professionally decorated. It felt like we were at a boutique hotel-minus daily maid service.Amenities offered were great. Nice small heated pool and barbecue area that looked out on to the Intercostal were you could catch a glimpse of dolphins while grilling! Location was perfect for us. All we had to do was cross the main road and voila you were on the white sandy beach of the gulf shores. The VRBO hosts were attentive and made checking easy. I would absolutely rent this property again. Only side note is that the road is a bit noisy when you are on the balcony but as long as you have the sliding glass doors closed it was is and quiet.

Amazing! Book it!!!

We absolutely loved this VRBO! Do not hesitate, overthink or look any further for a better place. It's on the intercoastal and the beach is right across the street. We enjoyed this beach so much more than any where we visited in the area. It's clean and wasn't busy at all (like Clearwater). We saw a manatee float under the dock one night while my son was trying to catch some fish - that was incredible to see and a definite highlight of our stay. It's super clean and decorated really pretty. Lynn was lightning fast to respond when I had a question. Her place is set up great. It's stocked with everything you'd need to cook a meal if you decide to stay in. She has a bonus storage room full of beach gear so you don't have to worry about bringing or buying anything. And it all works! We find that a lot of times, hosts have the gear but a lot of the time - it doesn't work or the chairs are broken. Great location to restaurants, grocery, etc. We rented a golf cart for 24 hours and it was nice having the extra spot to park and not have to worry about what to do with our rental car. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in the area. THANK YOU!

Great Condo

This property was perfect for our beach vacation. One thing you don’t realize from the photos is how deep the unit is—it runs the full depth of the building, from front to back. What this means is that the master bedroom is far enough away from the living area that the night owl can stay up without worrying about waking the person sleeping down the hall. The beach supplies (chairs, cart) were handy for the short walk to the beach. The unit is on the second floor, so there are stairs, and the balcony faces the street, so there is some traffic noise if you are on the balcony during the day (but not late night or early morning). As long as those are not deal-breakers for you, you will love it. Only other thing to keep in mind is there isn’t a hose convenient to wash the sand off your feet, but by the time we walked from the beach across the street and up the stairs, most of the sand was off, so it wasn’t a problem. Parking is convenient (2 reserved spaces in the shade underneath) and it’s an easy walk to an ice cream shop a couple of blocks away. Highly recommend this property!

Last minute booking

We booked this last minute due to Tropical Storm Debby, we had issues with our previous house, I booked it and sent them a message explaining our situation and they were able to get the house cleaned and let us check in the same day we messaged them, the house was perfect, plenty of stuff to take to the beach, plenty of room for us! Would definitely book here again!
