Beautiful Professionally Decorated Condo. The condo has a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher), 2 full size beds, 1 bathroom. The living room sofa has a pull-out queen sleeper and walk out to balcony patio. It is turn key and ready for your enjoyment. You will have access to the laundry room where you can do your laundry for free and hotel ice maker. Free parking is in the parking lot right outside your condo. Your condo is located on the 2nd floor of the Portrush building with walkout to your patio. Your Bedroom has 2 full size beds, its own full bathroom with a beautiful shower; there is a door between the living room and bedroom. The living room also has its own workspace. You will have your own TV and Wifi. The large living room has a sofa that can be pulled out into a queen sleeper. The full-sized kitchen has refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. You have TV, WIFI and central AC. Plenty of Towels, extra linens, hair shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron, iron board ( in laundry room) are provided. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and baking necessities, dishes, silverware, glasses etc. We provide Coffee Maker. A toaster and microwave are in your condo as well. The laundry room is located down the hallway of the building (by the stairs) and has plenty of washers and dryers that are free for you to use. The condo is located inside the beautiful 1000-acre Innisbrook Golf Resort and Spa with 24-hour gated security and home of the PGA Valspar Championships. The Resort has restaurants and a sports bar on site. The Osprey Sports bar has live Entertainment every Friday and Saturday night from 7: 30 pm to 11:30 pm. Packard's Steakhouse is a fine dining restaurant and one of the best Steakhouses in the area. The condo has its own entrance and you will have the entire condo for yourself to enjoy, and relax with a wonderful view! Guest are permitted to use the laundry room and all of Innis brook’s exceptional restaurants. Other things to note 2nd floor unit, no elevators in the building. We have several listings that are on property of the Innisbrook Golf Resort, from condos to 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom Condos! We have it all! This is what we specialize in. If you travel with friends or groups, contact me and we will guide you what condos are best suited for your visit. Special Note: Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policy: (VRBO Moderate Cancellation Policy) A deposit of $250.00 applied towards the balance is due when a guest wishes to book a property. The balance is due by check 61 days prior to the stay. We DO NOT accept credit cards for large balance payments over $2500.00\. The entire balance is due if booked within 60 days of arrival. 100% refund 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in. NO EXCEPTIONS. We offer at time of booking and encourage travelers to purchase travel insurance which covers trip cancellation subject to the plan description of coverage. The communication for the contract, arrival and departure was excellent. The security staff hangs out in the parking lot, so one feels safe? The frying pans were in less than desirable shape. Contacted leasing staff and first response, they would take care of it after our departure. Shortly after receiving that text message, the leasing staff said they would replace in approx 1 hr. No hot pads for cooking, no dish rack to place clean dishes in while washing, only 2 regular sized coffee cups, coffee machine's heating element also scorched, throw rug in living area dirty as well as the rug in the bathroom. The pillows were super fluffed and hard. They made a nice presentation for the bed, but difficult to sleep with. Balcony is large and overlooks the golf course so a very nice view. Having the laundry room just down the hall from condo was handy. The beds were very comfy but you couldn't put a/c below 73 so for northerners or hot sleepers that could be a downturn. There are ceiling fans so if you don't mind them you should be cool enough.
