Loved this Property

It was perfect for our family of 6. We loved the proximity to the beach. The weather was great during our stay. We were thankful for the beach chairs & toys that came with this condo. We definitely give five stars to this property and highly recommend it.

The location and proximity to the beach were great! We enjoyed our stay. Cons: the people above our unit had 2 dogs and were noisy at 11pmthe vent fan and return vent in the bathroom needed a very deep clean no detachable shower head so it was hard to bathe a toddler

Great location

Our family had a great time even though the weather didn’t cooperate! Perfect location and steps away from a gorgeous quiet beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, great location

Right on the beach, beautiful views from the two balconies. Well equipped with everything you would need. Original's Pizza across the street, Indian Shores Coffee a short walk. Lots of other food choices and near a trolley stop. Great apartment, loved the location.

Wonderful place!

Wonderful trip, wonderful accommodations and amenities, and WONDERFUL VIEWS!!! Location is perfect!! Only complaint is that the AC doesn’t work very well but it was nice that a box fan was available to help with airflow and temperature. Would definitely return!

Unbelievable!!

Great location. Beach access/location was second to none. We took our 3 girls here for a week and they absolutely feel in love with the ocean! Good access to many restaurants and activities. Would definitely book again!

Wonderful getaway

The sunset views and the immediate access to the beach made this a perfect vacation spot for us. Well appointed kitchen, clean fresh linens, well maintained appliances. The dual patios are lovely to maximize the day. A gem!

Beach vacation

Loved being on the beach. The condo was more then adequate. Couple down side things were inside the oven needed cleaning; there was no waste paper basket in the kitchen; and dishwasher pods need to be supplied...we shouldn't have to buy a full package of pods for a one week stay.

Condo was very clean and overall very nice. We had a little trouble opening the lockbox for the keys

On the Beach Beauty

We loved our stay here! We came to celebrate a milestone birthday and the experience did not disappoint. The condo is roomy, with a very well appointed kitchen and many nice extra's (beach chairs, step down living room, bedroom, covered parking etc.). The location could not be better for beach goers...walk time from the unit to the white shores was ~ 2min. The balcony off the bedroom was wonderful and having another was a welcomed surprise. We've stayed in this small complex 2x and plan to return again soon.

Very nice spot!

The best thing about this property is the view... It simply cannot be beat! The double balconies have 100% unobstructed views of the gulf - perfect for the memorable western sunsets!! The unit itself was nice, clean, efficient - very well maintained. The covered parking was nice to have as well. The building is in need of some repair, but this did not effect our stay. It was a great "vay-cay"! Thanks!!

Relaxing Couples Vacation!

This condo is oceanfront right on the beautiful beach of Indian Shores! Great location to everything and easily walkable to restaurants, stores and putt putt golf. The condo was clean and most of it has been recently updated, including new furniture. The house was equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and even a cooler which was nice because we traveled from NC to visit for the week. The pizza place across the street (Original Pizza) has amazing food, a must try! The sunsets from the porch are absolutely breathtaking and we saw dolphins almost everyday while sitting on the beach. A true paradise!

This property is amazing! First, the views are stunning & there are two balconies (one with two chairs & a side table & one with a full table & four chairs). We sat out on the balconies every day we were there. Inside, the beds were comfortable, the whole place was clean, aesthetically pleasing & very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies & the check in & check out instructions were clear & simple. We recommend this place & even my kids were asking when we could come back. Thank you for a much needed vacation & stunning sea views to make it enjoyable. We are grateful you shared your place with us!

Great location / have a rat problem in the Condo.

I had a great time in this place. I had good communication with the company. Easy to access the beach in front of the Condo. I liked this place, everything present, great kitchen with new appliances. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is/are present of rat or rats? - my last 5 days I had issues getting me closed bags and food ruined. I called the company and they said they knew about that within one of the other condos and cannot control that? To be fair to them they called the maintenance right way and arranged with someone to take care of that and could be done the next day of my departure.
