Beachfront Condo, 2/2, Heated Pool, Huge Balcony, Elevator

UNIT 303 has it all! - This unit is on the RIGHT SIDE of the building when you are facing the beach. Our new coastal style building features SIX CONDOS. There are two apartments per floor.

UNIT 303 is a TWO BEDROOM / TWO BATHROOM beautiful direct BEACHFRONT with EXTRA-LARGE balconies facing the beach. The balcony is perfect for outside dining.

Relaxed Florida casual décor. Super comfortable beds.

There is also an ELEVATOR for those that wish to avoid stairs.

A HEATED SWIMMING POOL makes it all complete! There are BBQ grills in the pool area for fun beach / poolside dining.

There are two apartments on each floor. So, if you have another family or a larger group you wish to travel with, you can search ID# 2502559 (unit 304) for availability, and book both units, which would give you the luxury of the entire floor!

Fees include EVERYTHING YOU NEED for an amazing beach vacation: paddle board, skim boards, canoes, beach chairs, all kinds of beach toys, beach umbrellas and beach towels. There are two BBQ grills on the property. Each apartment provides 2 parking spaces. Also there is a WASHER and DRYER in each unit.

Indian Rocks Beach has many wonderful restaurants and fun attractions located close by.

PS: I kept all our reviews from the past three years, in order to show that I am an excellent hostess and to provide the traveler an idea of the property location and area.

Relaxing vacation

I would highly recommend this beautiful condo. The sunsets are amazing. It has everything you would ever need to make the perfect vacation. You can walk to everything you will need. Patrice was wonderful with communication. I will be making this an annual trip!

We loved staying at Tommy’s on the Beach! The ocean view, access to the gorgeous beach, sunsets, pool, well equipped home and kitchen really made our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent Stay

Loved the location of Tommy’s on the Beach. Condo clean and spacious. Had all the extra amenities such as dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. My only thing I would change is the couch. It wasn’t very comfortable for watching TV. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Spring Break

Everything was exactly what you would need to enjoy your stay at the beach. My kids and I enjoyed our April spring break there and the ocean was warm enough to swim in :) We also enjoyed the heated pool with the provided floats and toys. We used most of the amenities including the paddle boards, boogie boards, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. All were great shape. The area was safe and I loved the keyless entry for the doors allowing my kids to move about more freely. The pool and beach access are literally feet from your door so it was super easy to come back inside for snacks or drinks easily. The full kitchen, laundry, provided beach bags and beach towels made our stay extra easy to truly enjoy ourselves. Lastly, the daily views alone from the living room makes me say I would stay there again in a heartbeat. No issues, no problems, everything was as stated in the description.

We highly recommend staying here!! The condo was super clean when we arrived and equipped with everything we needed. The pool area is awesome and the beach, which is gorgeous, is a short distance from the pool area. The neighborhood has great restaurants as well. We had a relaxing stay and hope to return!!

Outstanding Stay. Perfect Property

We had an outstanding stay at this property! The condo was clean and completely stocked with everything anyone could need while on a beach vacation. The view was spectacular, and access to the beach and pool was right outside the condo door. The staff was friendly and immediately responsive to one minor issue with one of the three televisions in the unit. Overall, this was a perfect beachfront property!

Another happy family vacation at Tommy's

Our second year in a row renting the same unit for a week and everyone enjoyed themselves just as thoroughly as last year! The unit is beautiful, clean, and filled with everything you need for a week at the beach. The location is perfect, the beach is not overly crowded, and the pool is a 10 second walk from your back door. We'll be back again next year!

One of the best vacations I’ve ever had. Beautiful, peaceful and best food. Maria was a saint if we needed anything she was on it. I highly recommend staying at Tommy’s on the beach. You won’t regret it!

Lovely condo on the beach

We had a wonderful time in Indian Rocks Beach. The condo was perfectly situated on the beach, and we were able to watch the sunset from our balcony every night. There was a fantastic cafe and grill/bar just around the corner. The condo came with a pack n play, high chair and stroller which was so convenient for our 18 month old. The host is incredibly responsive and very helpful! I highly recommend the condo!

Best stay ever

We thoroughly enjoyed our 28 day stay at Tommy's on the Beach. Besides the whole condo being incredibly clean the kitchen was well stocked with almost everything you could need including glass Tupperware! We usually bring all kinds of utensils and supplies on longer stays but there was little that wasn't already provided and restocked if needed. It's difficult finding pet friendly places as well and they could not have been more welcoming to our dog. They even had a small potty area right under the building. Super convenient if needed. The property was spot less and the balcony and view of the ocean were stunning. We spent many hours there and that view never gets old. The property manager Maria was there daily to check on things and could not have been more accommodating and flexible with cleanings. She is truly one of the best managers we have every dealt with. We have already booked again next year and will likely be frequent guests in the future!

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time! Accommodations were top notch for my family and I (and dog). We loved the pool, beach, and neighborhood restaurants and would definitely go back 100%. Only bad thing was tropical storm hit and Washed out a couple days. Other than that it was perfect!

Beach retreat in Indian Rocks

We loved the way this beach condo had all the amenities of a larger property: great grill, fun beach activities to pursue on our own (paddle boards, kayaks, skim boards, sand toys, beach umbrellas, beach towels, and chairs) and heated pool!! We did not need to bring anything but our swimsuits and sunscreen. Patrice, our host, even had a great beach bag for us to use to lug our stuff down the short path to the beach! The property was very thoughtfully created to make our stay very easy! The view could not have been better! Parking was great and we were within easy walking distance of many eating areas and shops. We hope to book this one again, but would request enough ahead of time so that we could book two adjoining units.

Best Condo on the Beach.

We love this area and have stayed at many properties, this is by far the best we’ve stayed at. The condo is like new, clean, and has all the amenities you need. The pool and beach are amazing and right outside your door. We’ll absolutely stay here again!!!

Great place and location!

We had a great stay at this property. We have been to the area many times and always stayed somewhere different but will definitely be coming back to this one! Everything you need was provided, including toiletries and all things for dishes and laundry. This was such a nice touch as most places do not provide these things. The pool was very nice for the kids and there is an ample supply of umbrellas and beach chairs and toys. The views from the balcony are amazing. Enjoy!!
