Great stay on Madeira Beach!

We enjoyed staying at this property and the beachfront location. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and the condo was well stocked with plenty of amenities. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!

Spring Break Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time watching dolphin from the balcony and having the beach just steps from the condo. Everything was just as described and well suited for our family.

This property offers a wonderful retreat. The space was clean and fully stocked with what we needed to enjoy and be self sufficient. The ease of walking out on the beach and acres to the pool was perfect. Easy access to local restaurants and shopping made this trip great for our whole family. Can’t wait to book again next year! N

Great bday weekend stay

The property was clean. The location right on the beach was excellent. Not too far from John’s pass. we walked there. Took about 15 minutes. Really can’t complain about anything. It was a wonderful weekend with my sisters.

Clean comfortable condo with easy beach access and several surprise extras.

We believe sleeper sofa which sags greatly when sat upon should be replaced and tub should have stopper for baths.

2023 June stay with blended family of 7

Great property and awesome view. Shower needed a little more pressure and many chairs for beach were broke. All in we bought a tent and left it there as it’s a must with the sun and we did have a good stay. I’d def stay again in the future even with the minor hiccups we experienced.

Beautiful views and perfect weather

We loved our stay! The location was perfect and easy to find. The beach was fabulous and not overly crowded which was nice. The condo was a great size for the five of us (2 adults and three teens). Some things in the condo needed a bit of updating but overall everything was functional and was good enough. The view from the large balcony was the highlight of this trip. We loved having our coffee outside on the balcony every morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Overall good stay at Las Brisas

Unit and location to beach and restaurants was really good. Malfunctioning pool heater and elevator were frustrating; however, management was responsive to my concerns and equipment was repaired within two days of our week long stay. Renovation projects were going on during our stay to enhance the property which was good. Recommend budgeting to resurface parking lot and a long term recapitalization project to add another elevator. Again, overall stay was good and would return.

Great views, location, comfortable beds

Clean property with expansive balcony and comfortable beds. 10 minute walk to the grocery store, easy walk to restaurants. NOTE - there are no beach towels or basics like salt, pepper etc in the kitchen, so make your shopping list (again, quick walk - take your rolling luggage, the win dixie is used to it! ;-))

Girls weekend

Nice place, spacious for the 10 of us. Amazing view. The knocks against the rating are few….the biggest being no ice maker. There were a few dirty towels left behind by the cleaning staff, mold growing on and in the shower knob in the master bath and a few lights were not working (outlets good), most likely a bulb issue…..outside of the ice maker, all easily fixable items. All in all, great location and accommodations.

Nice location

Close to the attractions, steps to the beach and pool. Comfortable beds, beach chairs and water floats were a nice addition. Bathrooms seemed older, but clean. A lot of noise could be heard outside and in other units from inside rhe condo. Kitchen was not equipted with soap or dishwasher detergent and only the garbage bag in the container was supplied. Nice condo but no extras to make it a great experience.

Great location, but....

The check-in experience was average. Having to drive to a separate office was inconvenient. Also, I suggest the property owner spend an extra $5 dollars and buy a box of trash bags for the main trash in the kitchen. The fact that a guest is expected to provide them is incredibly disappointing. The view from the poetry was very nice and the staff was friendly.
