Unit 304 is an 850 square foot fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath condo. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen along with a washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized murphy's bed in the living room. Set back from the front of the building, the balcony has a view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The Gulf Gate property is located directly on the beautiful white sands of St Pete Beach. Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub and private beach access. Groceries, numerous dinning choices and shopping are near by.

Relaxing vacation

We have been coming to St. Pete's beach in December for a few years now and have stayed at different properties, but this was the best one so far. Easy check-in, great location, well equipped unit and a short walk to the beach. We plan to come again!
