The living room and breakfast nook have sliding glass doors to a private balcony where you can view both the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway. The living room has comfy couches, a large 58" ROKU smart flat screen mounted TV, and a ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen is updated and has extras like a breakfast table with a water view, an ice machine, and a wine refrigerator. The master bedroom has a King size bed, sliding glass door to a private balcony, ceiling fan, additional seating, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two Full-size beds, a ceiling fan, and a TV with cable. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a ceiling fan, and a TV with cable. The hallway bathroom has a tub with a shower. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit for your convenience. FREE secure Wi-Fi in the condo. The property provides direct access to the beach, a heated pool, both Charcoal and Gas Grills, and 2 assigned parking spaces. Maximum 7 People.
