Decent place with some issues
It wasnt bad but they rent out a small thing in the backyard and you have to share the bbq with them. Also there were a few broken things through out the house. The sliding door falls if you try and open it, the dryer door wont shut, a light fixture was missing, and a blanket had a tear. But over all it wasnt bad for the price. It was clean and a quiet neighborhood.

Good location
We got in very late. Code to door didn’t work but host responded right away even with how late it was. Place was clean and looked as the pictures showed. The kitchen sink faucet was extremely loose and definitely needed some work. We did not cook or need too much in the kitchen but there wasn’t a whole lot there to be able to use. We didn’t use the backyard barbecue. We have never used one like that before but it definitely looked interesting to use. The location was great for us as we didn’t want anything too busy. Overall no major complaints as everything was useable and hat we expected when we booked the property

Affordable, Recently Renovated
The price was right. The property was recently renovated and reasonably clean. It had most amenities one would expect. It's located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac so no traffic. The neighborhood was slightly blighted but we didn't have any issues. It was a relatively brief 5-minute drive to the nearest grocery stores and only 20-minute drive to the beaches. Communications with Bob was seamless and the check in and check out process was easy. Everything went well. We would stay here again.

Great house will stay here again
Great place to stay i believe we was probably the first to rent this house out so needed a few more essentials like more towels and little things like that but over all was great place to stay.
