The breakfast is terrible, the hygiene on the food is bas, the coffee makers was disgusting, i even kill a roach on the counter, the egg are from days before, the counter were dirty. Pool water was green with no chairs to lounge. Every air conditioner had a leak large enough to have a constant flow of water going down the steps begining from the 3rd floor. That same drip was also present in the room as it created a puddle beneath the air conditioner itself ( that issue was solved with a towel that lived with us for the remainder of our stay). Staff was friendly but unhelpful in assisting in fixing any issues.

The location was under construction which we were not aware of before arrival. Also, we stayed in a “renovated” room where the shower doors didn’t line up so, every time one of us showered, doors closed, water dripped…no, spilled onto the floor between the shower and toilet.

Broken AC in room, it was leaking onto the floor causing a small flood upon entrance onto the room. So to prevent an accidental fire had to turn off the unit and unplug some of the wires that were in the water. Some of the light switches didn’t work. Overall, staff was the nicest part of this experience. Checked out early because a second night in my room did not seem like the best way to go about getting a good night sleep after my first night. Honestly, I was really disappointed by all this.
