Retro Ranch With Private Indoor Pool & Sauna St Louis, MO

West county ranch home on 1.4 acres. All bedrooms are on the main level. Private indoor pool, sauna, steam shower, and bath adjoins the master bedroom suite. A private changing room, pool side dining booth, and fireplace makes this area a fun gathering place.

Walking distance to Mia Lupita Mexican restaurant, Target, Starbucks, and Vlasis Park. Several grocery stores and Walmart are just a five minute drive. Lots of fun floats, pool toys and pool games are available for your use.

WE DO NOT ADVERTISE OR RENT OUR HOME ON CRAIGSLIST!

The home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and 3 wood burning fireplaces. Pack and plays, high chairs and baby pool floats are available for infants, upon request. Free wifi is provided. Roku is provided.

The home is located in West County within walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and a park with a playground, walking trails, and seasonal sprayground.

No parties or local gatherings are permitted.
Home is for use of 10 renters only and local day guests, friends, and family visitors are not permitted. No more than 4 cars maximum are allowed at the home.

If only the pool suite is rented, access to home will not be available. Garage and one hall linen closet are not accessible. There is a parking pad, and a long driveway for off-street parking. Pool suite only is not available to rent on weekends unless scheduling permits between home rentals.

The host went above and beyond to make my kids feel special, with thoughtful little activities that were especially helpful on rainy days. The beds, towels, and linens were clean and comfortable, though some high-touch areas could use a bit more cleaning, and the couches and chairs would benefit from a deeper shampooing. Overall, it was a fun experience with an amazing host!

Deborah and Mike definitely provided a welcoming environment (the treats and decor was definitely appreciated by all). The living room, dining room and pool areas provided plenty of room for everyone to be together which was our goal. Mike was very responsive when I called him with an issue. While the house was clean it could use a deep clean and paint and water damage repair. There are a few items that could be addressed: The mattress on the sofa bed should be replacedThe ping pong table was broken and not usable and we could not get the sauna to work - that could be user error. If these items are addressed I would give a 5 star 10 score rating.

The host was amazing. Great communication, and very helpful. The amenities were outstanding - they really set up such a fun experience for us. That pool space is over-the-top fantastic. "It's a Vibe!"We were visiting from Florida to attend our niece’s wedding nearby and were joined by our son and his family from Maryland, our daughter and her husband from Kentucky, and my mom from the Ozarks. We had SO much space and SO much fun!It’s hard to adequately describe what a fun gathering spot this is if you have a large family. The hosts provided tons of toys for our grandchildren – they cried when we had to check out! It has funky MCM décor, is very clean, and there is SO much space! The youngsters had a blast in the indoor pool area, while us older folks could visit in another part of the house, uninterrupted by their squeals. All around 10/10 for value, cleanliness, location, outstanding hosts, and great times!!!

House information was available and the host quickly answered any questions via messaging. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were ample towels for the baths and pool. Property was a good choice outside of the city. Lots of room to spead out. Downside. Mid century modern furniture is not comfortable ans living room could use more seating. Older property, so some maintenance is needed, but clean with lots of towels, bedding, etc. Hosts response time was literally within minutes after contacting them

Barbie Dream House

We had my daughters bridesmaids stay at the house for the week while we prepared for their wedding. Everything went off perfectly. My daughter took them over to check them in and was blown away by all the little details she had thought of. Since this was where the girls were staying they referred to it as Barbie's Dream House. they loved all the little touches and they raved about it all week. Cousins Vacation

We loved our stay at Deborah & Mikes place, Retro Ranch. It had every amenities we needed and the pool was a great bonus. The girls had a great time and the adults did also. It was a great location with really good restaurants. The Shopping Outlet was 10 miles away. The Arch was 25 minutes do everything was convenient. We had 4 adults and 4 teens and the house was great for us.

Indoor pool saved vacation

My husband and I took our 5 grandkids (and 3 of their parents) to St Louis for Spring Break. We chose St Louis because it was a reasonable drive with a lot to do around the city. It poured down rain the whole time we were there but, having the pool to come back to after an excursion made everything better. Not to mention the vast supply of “retro” toys. The kids were never bored. Deborah also went out of her way to leave small gifts for each of our grandkids to enjoy when they arrived. She was also on top of all communication if a problem arose and fixed it. We would recommend Retro Ranch to any group , but especially to families with younger kids!

Host set-up and communication was outstanding, as usual for her.

Everything was simply wonderful. It would take many words too describe the pleasure and enjoyment that my granddaughter had with the house use for her 5th birthday. Her 7 children family & friends guest were overjoyed and their parents enjoyed the house too. My 5 year old granddaughter said “It was the best Birthday party ever!” And that’s what I wanted to hear. We’ll back for other family and business gatherings.

Relaxing Family Weekend

Deborah's hospitality is fantastic. We have 2 kids 1 and 5 and there are lots of fun themed rooms for them with age appropriate toys to play with both in the rooms and in the pool that were setup for them.The kids had a great time and we were able to relax and just enjoy the space.Good location, quiet area with plenty of nice places to eat as well.Will book again in the future.

Retro Ranch was Vibin’

We chose the VRBO based on size and location. For those reasons, it was an excellent choice. Plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms, and plenty of hot water for us all. Pool was a nice bonus, with sauna, and laundry. All was clean and ready to go upon arrival. We were about 5 minutes fromMy parents’ house, and had access to everything Ballwin has to offer.

Above our expectations

We were pleasantly surprised by the size and roominess of the house. We had 10 people there and we had plenty of space. We did not have to go to the store for anything other than food. Everything was there!! Contact with the host was very quick. The only thing we would change would be warmer water for adults in the pool. The kids got in but it was a little cool for the old people lol. Thank you again. Beautiful home.

Perfect and so fun!!

The house was perfect for our family and all the games and toys entertained the children as well as the adults! They even had a retro Christmas tree set up for us! Pool was awesome and there were too many pool toys to count! Great communication by the owners and readily available for any questions.
