It was clean and the kitchen stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The town of St.Charles is quaint and beautiful. As far as the house I would suggest putting in a handrail coming in the back door up to the kitchen. The stairs are narrow and steep. A little difficult to navigate for a 65 and 70 year old. The bed was very low to the ground and was hard to get out of it. Also, the king bed in the downstairs bedroom left very little room on either side of the bed. ##### Robin L.
