Heather was easy to communicate with in advance of our stay. Only post-stay observations/thoughts are; it would be nice to have had more "nice to haves" or "necessities" provided upon arrival, coffee for more than a single pot of for a 3 night stay, toiletries other than a single bar of soap per bathroom, and noise from adjoining unit was also quite loud (walls are thin) walls are thin and could have benefits from some soundproofing.
