"Rooms are dated. Car park requires that you have to drag your suitcase through gravel. Staff except for the bar very dismissive. We ordered a take away mean from the bar to take back to our room as there is no room service. The restaurant didn't tell the bar it was ready for 30 minutes, subsequently the food was cold and dry. Nothing good to report other than the grounds are well maintained ant the views are spectacular. "

"What a great stay, we had the family room and it was very comfortable Really clean and would highly recommend. We were a little apprehensive of the communal kitchen but couldn't be more wrong. It had everything in there and was really clean. Would definitely come back again 5⭐️ all the way"

"Not clean at all. Bed was awfully hard to sleep on. Room has mysterious stains and marks everywhere , with even stained towels"

"The setting was perfect, the description of a woodland retreat was spot on. We loved sitting gazing out at the squirrels playing in the trees and were lucky enough to have them come up to the door and peer in. After leaving out almonds for them we had daily visits.Seagulls Rest was beautifully styled, it felt welcoming and cosy. Thank.you to Tina who was so helpful with our enquiries. "We had a lovely 2 night stay at Seaview. The apartment had everything we needed and was a perfect base for exploring the Cornish coast. Easy walk to the beach and coast path."

"The sea view was beautiful, the staff were very helpful and proactive. The walk to the hotel from the station is pretty steep but it’s only 20 mins. The amenities provided were amazing, it was not included in the booking so we were pleasantly surprised. "
