"The hotel is very dated and in need of refurbishment. e.g. bald patches and rips in the carpet in the main breakfast room. We were in a standard room. The air con in the bedroom and fan in the bathroom were super noisy and the bathroom fan wouldn't switch off. We waited 15 mins to get served in the bar on our first night and when we did eventually get served, they didn't have the wines advertised on the wine list and so we left. On the plus side, the location is great, very close to everything and the staff were excellent. Particular mention to the breakfast crew who were unfailingly efficient, polite and welcoming. They are a credit to the hotel. "

"The hotel is a great location within walking distance of St Helier town centre, Liberation Square & the seafront. The rooms are good size, clean but tired looking, the hotel could do with a fresh coat of paint. The swimming pool is lovely, clean & a good size though the showers aren’t great, so best going back to your room to shower. Breakfast has a good selection & service was good. Good value for money."

"The property was clean well equipped and comfortable. Very handy for the town and seafront with all the Amenities of St Helier although a steep walk back the buses stop close to property Parking outside was another plus"

"very disappointed that having booked and paid for three nights at Cristina through expedia that when the the ferries were cancelled no consideration by either expedia or the hotel was given to me. I shall not be using either organisation again. You should be warned."

"The hotel was perhaps not the best choice for 80 year olds with some issues as the entrance to it is rather steep ! However, since we were meeting relatives of varying ages there, and the taxi service in Jersey is excellent, this problem didn’t detract from our enjoyment.. Our room was excellent , ver clean, and the bed very comfortable ! Personally I’m not a lover of a large breakfast and thought the price for what I wanted to eat was a little expensive but my husband certainly made the most of it !"

"Room was spacious and generally clean. Bathroom was a bit tired with low water pressure but functional. Closets acceptable but of a smaller size. Excellent location on waterfront with expansive sea views."
