    Even though the place is clean, there is an smell in the property and the room that was not good. I was able to open my window and at least have better odor on my room. The breakfast was not good at all. I will never book a room in that place.

    Looks shabby on the outside but it’s very nice inside room smelled like bleach pretty heavily, and Breakfast was kind of so so beds were fairly comfortable. Pillows were good. Everything was clean.

    Bedrooms and common areas are very clean There was a slight smell in our hotel suite but nothing that little spray couldn’t do what was very upsetting. was that the hot tub was not even hot and the pool was a lot warmer than the hot tub. We talked to the front desk to see if someone can fix it. There was a slight improvement. The temperature was the same temperature as the pool and there was only two jets only working in the hot tub definitely upsetting considering that it was my birthday weekend and didn’t get the chance to even relax in the hot tub for the two days I was there.

    We found a razor within the clean towels. Plus we were there a week and they never changed the sheets once. We tested them to see if they did and they were not changed all week. Plus the hot tub was not working. Kinda in a spot of town also that doesn’t make a guy feel safe either. Plus the breakfast is so so at best. Eggs were not good and bacon doesn’t look like it t was worth trying mostly oatmeal if you like it which I don’t. I would advise to book with caution.

    The room was nice and comfortable. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. I did my laundry and watched a movie. The breakfast the next day was good.

    Definitely a great location. Breakfast was hot- it’s a typical heightened continental with hot eggs, bacon and waffles if you choose. I appreciated the quiet and cleanliness. Also everyone was very nice.

    Was a little disappointed in the room. The shower drain was plugged and the water drained super slow and there was also a ton of crumbs and a used cigarette under the couch. When I brought it to the attention of the person working they were gonna send someone up to change the bedding, but never offered any monetary discount for the dirty room or an offer to switch.

    The body wash and shampoo containers in our shower were completely empty. The staff came in our room to provide toilet paper and clean towels but didn’t bother to check or refill the shampoo and body wash. Also, the bacon was extremely undercooked and the staff did not provide waffle batter the second day. The sausage tasted awful. If a hotel is going to provide hot breakfast it needs to be available and hot.

    My initial reservations were for five nights - I was there to see my brother at the hospital. He was discharged early, so I cancelled my last night and flew home. The hotel refused to reimburse me for the fifth night, even though I advised them two nights before. I will never stay there again nor use Expedia for reservations.
