"The showers were the worst we have had in a hotel. The way there are made with the half glass door causes water to go all over the floor even running under bathroom door. We had to use all of our towels to soak it up. Bad design for sure"

"The room was ok. Not great. But electrical outlet in washroom did not work. The room and floor had a musty smell. Location to universal amazing! 15 minute walk. Shuttle available as well"

"Great stay especially for the value. Staff were friendly, professional, and well dressed. Hotel was scenty at times but clearly from constant cleaning as it was pretty spotless in most places. Our room was great and well stocked for our needs. Even a couple mini bottles of water and Hershey kisses waiting for us. Great location for getting to Disney. Could not be better location and the amenities themselves warrant some time to hang on site and play/relax. Some notes for guests: parking is extra ($15/night), breakfast is free (complimentary), and there is a full service restaurant on site (we ordered room service and that food was actually quality; even the kids Mac and cheese was from scratch). Room was in great shape, minus a few oddities - ice machines on site, but no buckets or anything to bring the ice back to your room; one of the towel hooks visibly missing; shower know loose. Otherwise the room was very clean and well stocked with starter goods. Floors are wood like tile so def wear socks or shoes to keep your feet clean. Overall great resort and likely our choice for future stays to the parks."

"I loved the array of pools and how quiet this location was in January. I was attending a conference and didn’t plan to spend much time at the hotel. It was perfect for the time I did spend there! I loved the onsite pizza shop, little convenience store, and all the offered activities. I would 10/10 stay here again."

"The place was clean and staff friendly, the rooms are bigger and better than I imagined. Except, there is a sales gimmick to bring you back. It is great money for the stay, but they want you to buy in to a timeshare."

"Stay far away from this place. Calling it a “resort” is completely misleading. The rooms are in terrible condition—everything is worn, outdated, and clearly neglected. From the furniture to the overall cleanliness, it feels like basic maintenance hasn’t been done in a long time. What’s even worse is their dishonest and predatory billing practices. They try to charge guests for “damages” that were not caused by them. When confronted, they fail to provide any clear evidence, documentation, or reasonable explanation to justify these charges. It feels like a blatant attempt to take advantage of guests after their stay. Customer service is unhelpful and dismissive, offering no real support or resolution. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, they deflect and leave you stuck dealing with unfair charges. Overall, this was a frustrating and unacceptable experience. Between the poor room conditions and questionable billing tactics, this place is absolutely not worth your time or money. Book somewhere else and save yourself the headache."
