« Beautuful Inn. Seemed to be understaffed but tge staff that were there were very friendly. Restaurant stopped serving alcohol at 6pm just when we wanted to sit on the deck and enjoy an evening cocktail. Many areas seemed to be underutilized for the beautiful property. Room was perfect. Pool and jacuzzi area were very nice as well. Wished the snack bar was open. »

« The room smelled musty when we arrived, we had to open the window. the carpet was sticky, the sheer curtains were all ripped up, the sink didn't drain all the way and the freezer was a solid ice chunk. I also complained about our sheets not changed "hair on it and still wrinkeld as being slept in. None of the ice machines worked and downstairs ladies bathroom was out of order.On the 3rd floor by the elevator it clearly smelled like urine and when told staff she said it was from baby diapers !...

« The property was well represented. It was very clean. The check-in process was very smooth. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely redone it was a bit small and the Barn Door did not open all the way making the doorway difficult for larger people. I would recommend providing an extra set of towels. I would certainly book there again when I have another opportunity to be in Port Huron »
