« The Larches provided us with everything and more for a tranquil walking holiday Easter break. We enjoyed the idyllic surroundings and views, multi level garden teaming with wildlife. Beautiful characterful cottage, extremely informative library for local walks fully kitted with lovely clean comfortable beds, culinary equipment and crockery needs. »

« A lovely, well equipped cottage in a gorgeous area. The cottage had all you woukd need for your stay. Cockermouth is a gorgeous place, that is well supplied by the array of shops, restaurants, bars and takeaways. »

« We found the property to be exceptionally well-equipped in every respect except for the lack of Wi-Fi. This was a disappointment for us, and I suggest the Wi-Fi should be removed from the listing if it is not available. We loved our time at the property, especially the walks into Keswick along the river, hill walking and bike rental. »

« I wouid recommend this property but would make sure other guests jnow there is nothing within walking distance and a car is needed to get ro the nearest pub/supermarket. The property was lovely but the blinds needed dusting, there were dirty towels in the washing machine and the laminate on the tables was taped up. »
