Easy walk to Old Town and great restaurants such as The Ice Plant, St. Aug Fish Camp and the Blue Hen Cafe for the best breakfast in town. 13 minute drive to St. Augustine Beach Pier. We have a community swimming pool on Riberia St. It is a $3 admission for guests to enjoy. AUGUSTINE Too many steps for seniors; not told about, broiler did not work, only streaming TV (if informed would have brought ROKU), TV in bedroom; remote or TV did not wog coffee pot; ONLY worked with one refillable pod; again if told would have brought coffee pot, lock needs replaced; very hard to maneuver. Was told could not have dog over 40 lbs.; first people downstairs had two golden retrievers. A lot more small issues but these were the most frustrating.
