"We so much enjoyed our two night's stay at Rainey and Jeff's campground and can't wait to return. Upon arrival, Rainey showed us around the campground, led us to our adorably decorated yurt and invited us to join the campfire later that evening for gourmet smores. We opened a bottle of wine and sat on the egg swings for a while, enjoying the sound of the bullfrogs and the beautiful surroundings. Later we enjoyed sitting by the campfire talking with the other guests and Rainey and Jeff. After a...

"We spent the weekend relaxing and connecting for my sister's 50th birthday. This glamping site is magical - it is peaceful, full of activities for both young and old, and is run by the nicest couple, Rainey and Jeff, who make you feel like you are home. They provide everything you need to make glamping easy - real beds and linens, grills, griddle, covered tables, utensils, games, paddleboat, a pristine swimming pond, clean water and the perfect backdrop. We will definitely return! "

Nestled in the scenic Finger Lakes region, Springwater offers outdoor enthusiasts access to the pristine trails of Harriet Hollister Spencer State Recreation Area. Winter visitors can hit the slopes at nearby Hunt Hollow or Bristol Mountain Ski Resort, while summer adventures await at Conesus and Honeoye lakes.
Room had a beautiful view from the balcony. We were able to park right outside the room. The room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated, with a good sized bathroom.
No breakfast at the hotel, but there were a few good options a 10-minute drive away in Penn Yan.

The owners Glenda and Steve were wonderful and welcoming. We happened to arrive on a Sunday and had the whole place to ourselves. From the moment you walk in the front door you instantly feel the warmth and comfort of this beautiful home. With so many choices of rooms to sit and relax with a nice glass of wine it was hard to decide. My husband and I were in need of some quiet alone time and when we settled on the library....we found it. All the bedrooms are decorated in different colours or...

My husband and I had a wonderful time there. We had a room with a whirlpool bath, which is very pleasant. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The property is very well maintained and very pretty. We really appreciated the attention to detail in the different parts of the house that we passed through. The breakfast was delicious and served with great kindness. I thank the owners for the quality of the stay we spent and highly recommend this beautiful property.

Valerie and Jason are the consummate hosts! They were always willing to answer questions and were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious (especially Jason’s tortilla).
The accommodation was clean and spacious with high end finishes in the bathroom. Located close to the heart of Canadaigua, the building is located close to many excellent restaurants.
I highly recommend the Canadaigua Guesthouse.
