"The villa was very modern and stylish. The gas fireplace was great on the cold raining night I stayed. The bed was very comfy and the shower had good pressure with a soft rain head. The bathroom and toilet is encased in a large glass box which is cool to be able to sit in the spa and watch TV but the sheer curtains for privacy was a bit too revealing and could do with something heavier to provide more mystery when your partner is in the bathroom."

"My family and I had a wonderful two night stay at the Lake Inn Ballarat. We were very happy with our clean and spacious room, which included a convenient microwave we didn't even know we needed till we did. They also provided a cot for our entire stay for just $20. A major highlight was the attached City Oval Hotel, the food and drinks were excellent, making it incredibly convenient for dinner. The only minor drawback was that the hot water in the shower wasn't as hot as we would have liked. Overall, we had a very positive experience and highly recommend it for families."
