A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home with a lofted queen-sized bed, single convertible couch, on the ground floor, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, easy access to water and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower. If you are looking to travel outside of town, this tiny house is conveniently located just a one-hour drive away from Melbourne. In addition, it is only an 11-minute drive from Daylesford, where you can enjoy attractions such as Sault Restaurant Daylesford, Cliffy's Emporium, and Daylesford Sunday Market. Getting Around: By car : Located on the main road to Daylesford, 15 minutes drive from the freeway. By public transport : Limited options. The Ballan train station is 15 minutes away. Contact your host if you require pick up / drop off at the station ($20 per trip). Our host was friendly and helped bring us a few linen items we needed. The flooded driveway wasn’t great as my car struggled a bit to get through the water. The spare blankets on the couch and cupboard needed a wash, and the shower/sink water draining outside was overflowing out to where my car was parked.
