Experience the slow backcountry atmosphere at Maluridae Creek Views by Tiny Away, Lawrence. The ideal tiny house Victoria getaway surrounded by rolling green pastures, farmlands, and starry night skies while stargazing at the endless sky. A private getaway set in a perfect little triangle of Daylesford, Clunes, and Creswick, where you can enjoy beautiful picnic spots, farm animals, and wildlife.  
  
The Space:  
Maluridae Creek Views by Tiny Away is located in the tranquil neighbourhoods of Lawrence-Smeaton Lawrence-Smeaton, just 28 minutes from Ballarat. Clunes Market, Lal Lal Falls, Blue Waters Creswick, Lake Wendouree Adventure Playground, and the amazing Mill Markets Daylesford are just a few of the nearby attractions to visit.   
  
One of the closest accommodation Melbourne retreats of 113 square feet with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a flush toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use.  
  
If you plan to spend your tiny house Victoria getaway here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you!  
  
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be other guests on the property— where a second tiny house sits on the same property. If you want to book in groups, you can contact the land host ahead of time to make arrangements.

Maluridae Creek Views by Tiny Away sits in the small town of Lawrence-Smeaton, just 28 minutes from Ballarat. Lawrence is a gold mining village settled and flourished in the 1540s. Now, it is a popular tourist attraction surrounded by farms producing incredible sustainable foods such as vegetables, fruits, and dairy.  
  
A recommended accommodation Melbourne hideaway near farmlands, stunning landscapes, and local markets.  
  
Our local recommendations:  
  
\- Clunes Market opens every second Sunday of every month offering fresh local produce.  
\- Lal Lal Falls is a 200m walk that will take you to a viewing platform with stunning views of the falls.  
\- Blue Waters Creswick is the ideal outdoor space and popular attraction in Creswick, known for its stunning waterhole.  
\- The Amazing Mill Markets Daylesford is a shop in town that sells vintage clothing, furniture, memorabilia, antiques, and collectibles.  
\- The Lake Wendouree Adventure Playground is a family-friendly outdoor space with slides, swing sets, and a sandbox for children to enjoy while adults relax.  
  
Getting Around:  
By car:  
  
\- 28 mins drive from Ballarat  
\- 1 hr, 9 mins drive from Bendigo  
\- 10 min drive to and from Creswick   
\- 1 hr, 45 mins drive to and from Melbourne   
\- 10- 20 min drive to and from Spacountry   
  
By public transport: We recommend that guests travel by private vehicle. However, if you’re coming from the city, please follow these steps:  
  
From Bendigo to Lawrence:  
  
\- You can take a train from Bendigo to Melbourne (Southern Cross Station).  
\- From Southern Cross Station, take a train to Wangaratta. Then take a bus from Wangaratta, you can catch a local bus or taxi to Lawrence.  
  
From Ballarat to Lawrence:  
  
\- You can ake a train from Ballarat to Melbourne (Southern Cross Station).   
\- From Southern Cross Station, take a train to Wangaratta. Then take a bus from Wangaratta, and take a local bus or taxi to Lawrence.  
  
From Melbourne to Lawrence:  
  
\- Take a train from Southern Cross Station to Wangaratta. Then take a bus from Wangaratta, and catch a bus or taxi to Lawrence.  
  
Additional Tips: Make sure to check the current train and bus schedules, as they may vary. Remember to always book in advance. Once in Wangaratta, you can check local transport options or taxis to reach Lawrence.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
\- Pets not allowed  
\- No smoking allowed on the property  
\- Please note that some areas are shared  
\- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed  
\- Breakfast basket is available for an extra cost of $25  
\- Firewood costs $20 per load and must be pre-paid to the land host prior arrival (unavailable from December 2024 to March 2025)  
\- Good mobile reception for Optus and Telstra, including other Aussie broadband users  
\- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

\- Fire pit and firewood are unavailable from December 2024 to March 2025

\- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property  
\- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a fire ban period  
\- Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly  
\- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the \[compost/cassette\] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
