"We had an issue keeping housekeeping out of our room. We asked them twice not to clean our room until the end of our trip. We came back every day to signs they had been in the room. It wasn’t necessary a trust issue. It was just not wanting someone in our room when we were not there. Other than that everything was great. The bed was comfy. The Kitchenette was nice. And check in was quick and easy. "

"The carpet in the hallway had a distinctly nasty smell making entering or leaving your room a ghastly experience. Rooms are serviced every 2 days - if you're lucky - and fresh towels and linen every 3+ days.... The staff have a false belief that this is a "five star hotel" when their attitude and service are NO MORE than two stars! Chairs and umbrellas on the beach will set you back $60+ per day! And don't let me start on the "breakfast", very, very poor selection and quality! As for the plates & flatware... they were stained and crusted from previous usage, no dishwasher! My advice to future guests is SKIP THIS PLACE... you can do much better elsewhere! "

"All in all, great for the rate and location. Not sure it would be over an 8 out of 10, which it was when booking. Mostly because it had a bit of an outdated feel, but could give an 8 out of 10 for the right rate. Def feel we received that! And hot tub temp/location was awesome; and glad it stays open 24/7, as that was a great way to kick off the day by the beach on the chillier mornings."

"We had mold in our room, our door stopped working so we had to get transferred to a different room. Our first room smelt like cigarettes and had a hole where the ac unit was. The towels had hair in them when we got them. Overall wasn’t the best experience because I got sick from the mold in the room, but the staff were friendly and helpful. "
