Sringhill Retreat

Beautiful property!House was spotless!We were there for a funeral and the hostess left us beautiful roses and a thoughtful card .House was in a great location for our family to visit after service.Thank you again Caron for our stay in Springhill.

We had a group of divers come hang out to dive eagles nest and buford. When we weren't diving, we hung out at Marker 48!

A roomy and unique pool house

My wife and I booked this house at a little bit of the last minute to extend our vacation. We were looking for a house with a pool and a mostly private yard and this fit the bill. The pool is unique and perfect for adults, there was comfortable outdoor seating and a very relaxing waterfall and lighting. The house is large, roomy and open. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The home overall has a fun, beachy feel and we enjoyed it. The hosts were easy to reach and answered promptly.

Vacation with grandkids

We stayed here with 6 grandkids ages 6-15 while we visited Weeki Wachee Springs and the Adventure Fun Park. The location was ideal, just 6 minutes to the Springs. It’s also very close to Publix and other shopping and restaurants. The house was spacious, clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. There were board games we played, plenty of towels and some toys for the pool. We saw bicycles in the garage, but did not use them. The kitchen had lots of dishes, with plastic options for the kids, an array of pots and pans and any utensils you’d need to cook a great meal. The beds were comfortable and there were enough pillows and blankets for everyone. Outside, the pool was nice, the lanai very comfortable and the private fenced yard was big enough for the kids to run and burn off some energy. The owner was readily available if we needed her. Overall it was a very pleasant stay for us and we would stay there again.

Lack of maintenance

This stay was an absolute nightmare.No a/c in the middle of summer .Second day a repair guy came out. He fixed the main unit but had to order parts for the other 2 bedrooms.which ran on a separate unit.Management company Couldn't comprehend that there was no a c in two of the rooms due to the units being separate from the main house. We were told to just leave the doors open and hopefully it would cool off. There's no Way for air flow to get to the other part of the house. All duckwork was cut off. Our guest slept on the couches.Very uncomfortable and old. Dryer didn’t work.patio area was filthy. Pool didn’t have working lights as advertised. Wasn't heated as advertised.and left you orange. This was the worst management company I have ever dealt with on a rental. They were very argumentative. Acted like all of a sudden everything broke the moment I walked in. The AC repair guy stated that that unit had been failing for quite some time. It didn't just happen the day that I rented it. There were clearly maintenance issues that were not addressed before renting out this home. The air handler was so full of dust And then painted over. The sheets were like plastic.Very cheap and hard mattresses. Will NOT return!

Family time in Spring Hill

Very well appointed home. We utilized the pool and yard. Perfect space for a large family. Great communication with host. I would stay again in the future.

PERFECT home away from home!!

If you are looking for spacious home away from home, look no further! We were in town for our fathers funeral. We were able to all stay together...all 10 of us. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The backyard is the best part!! Screened in porch, area with swing and firepit perfect for smores, a covered outside dining area, the relaxing pool, and the level up yard that was perfect to watch my nieces new tumbler skills. The host is absolutely amazing! Extremely nice and very attentive. Under the circumstances, this house and host made this trip amazing. I can not thank or let the host know how grateful we all are.

We didn't get to enjoy the back yard and pool since it was raining, but the waterfall was a nice touch. The house was very nice. I liked all extras, such as the bathroom toiletries and kitchen spice. There was a couple of things that I had sent pictures to the manager, who was aware and willing to send someone out that night. I didn't feel they were that important to arrange a handyman to come over that night. She said she aware and was in process of getting them fixed (Screen on lanai and hall linen closet). The extra fan in the master bedroom closet was a huge help! The master bedroom was pretty hot, so that extra fan helped. The only suggestion I have is to upgrade the master bedroom pillows and mattress. They were pretty uncomfortable. I actually slept with my 4yr okd one night, because her bed was more comfortable lol. Overall everything was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We had a great stay at this property. The house was bigger than expected, kitchen had all utensils you needed, kids loved the pool although it could be a little bigger. Whenever we had questions, the response was always very quick and we were even informed that the house is ready for earlier check in which is always nice to do. Overall great stay.
