« Stuart is amazing at communicating. The house is absolutely perfect. It feels like you are very remote but it’s actually very close to town. We had everything and more that we needed during our stay. The landscaping is perfect and the snowball bush brought back wonderful memories of my Aunt’s garden with one that I loved as a child. If we are in the area again, we will definitely book this house. »

« This cabin is just the scene we were looking for during our getaway. It's rustic and tucked away in the woods on the side of a hill with hiking trails near. The property manager was very responsive, even late at night during a tornado warning. He made sure we were safe and taken care of. The driveway is very steep and could be tight for larger vehicles, but you get used to navigating it. The downtown area of Franklin is very cute and walkable. « The home was very clean and in great condition. The drive to get to the house felt long and remote but the house was only 20/30 min from Franklin, and 40ish from downtown Nashville. There wasn't great signage letting you know which house was the right one, but once you find it it's easy. Very private property, we didn't pay for the hottub but in hindsight we would have. The owners were very communicative as well, so everything was easy. »

« This it was a great property to stay at. There was plenty of room and everything that you need. We would definitely stay here again. There was a lot of bird poop on the outside furniture, tables, chairs, grill and windows that we had to clean. Also, their propane tanks were empty for the grill..
