« My first time to Marshall and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Check in was quick and very pleasant. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I didn’t have time to eat the next morning but it looked lovely, Checkout was a breeze! I’m putting the contact information on my phone book. I’ll definitely return there. My grandson is a student at the University of Olivet, so I’ll definitely be back! »

« Kitchen is nice and very well lit, although there is only seating for four (and no dining room). One other minor thing: one light fixture hangs fairly low, so anyone taller than 6 feet needs to watch out. »

« Wonderful overnight stay in a clean, cozy little lake cabin! Great hosts and we will stay again! Lake vibe was great. If you don’t like to drink well water, simply bring some bottles with you although the hosts did have bottled water for us. The shower had good pressure and it is just perfect for a mini getaway provided your goal is chilling by the water with your feet up! « House was exactly as described. Welcoming and clean. We were there off season and filled our needs completely. Quiet. Reasonably close to many amenities. Shares parking area with store- employee was exceptionally helpful. I would stay again should the need arise. »

« Poor customer service. Signs in the room say no problem if you forgot to bring amenities available upon request. Well all they had were 2 towels in the room and didn’t have any available and was told won’t be any until the next day in the afternoon. The receptionist way of expressing that was that he was being bothered and wasn’t even thinking about going above and beyond to make a loyal customer happy. Guess washing towels is too much work now a days. »

« There was no complementary coffee available this morning when I get ready to leave. I tried to buy coffee from the bistro and I could not use a credit card. They only took cash or a charge to your room and I’d already checked out. This is super inconvenient and furthermore due to the price of the room and a price of a cup of coffee. I think it’s reasonable to offer that complementary coffee. »
