We just needed a hotel to stay as we passed through Spokane. It wouldn’t be somewhere to stay to explore the city! The staff were so lovely! The hotel is outdated but clean. It was so quiet and the bed was comfortable. It was a great place for the price we paid. We will be back when we need a place to stay.

Front desk clerks were amazing! Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a decent variety of food. Kitchen staff was rude. After refusing to let my grandson have his service dog while he ate, it caused major anxiety and was followed by a seizure.

Hotel itself was clean but low budget. Nothing like the pictures portrayed however the staff was all above average. Friendly, helpful, welcoming, and much more. They were, probably some of the greatest overall team of hotel staff I've come across. They made the stay better than the disappointment of the quality of hotel was. They were superb.
