"This is a beautiful property. Immaculately kept with beautiful pools and shaded areas. The staff are delightful especially at the restaurant. The check in process is a bit lengthy and officious but fine. Some of the rooms are near the cleaners store and we awoken at 8am with the cleaner banging around. The rooms are well appointed but the pillows are hard. Around the pool there is a smell of the kebab grill which rather detracts from its idyllic nature. They need better ventilation for the...

"The pools and outside space are lovely at its very picturesque but the room was very dated and the bathroom was in poor condition with glass slats missing. The air-conditioning is old and struggled to cool the size of room. The shampoo and shower gel dispenser was broken when i contacted reception the receptionist was unhelpful. People smoke everywhere and even an employee who has a room in a no smoking area thinks it ok with children around. "

"Situated on shore in a central location with many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent. Room was fine, if basic. Hotel has a small parking lots a few hundred meters distant. On street parking looks doable. The hotel offered a nice farewell gift. Overall, pleasant. It undoubtedly will be nicer when weather is warmer, the pool is usable, and the activity on the shore is busier. "

"This beautiful property in Mirthios has beautiful views and all of the amenities one would want to make an enjoyable holiday. We drove from Chania to this location and we were happy that we rented a car so that we could drive down to Plakias (6 minutes away) to enjoy the beaches and Taverna’s. This property is in Close proximity to many must see attractions. Kostas was an amazing host. His attention to detail Is amazing and we thank him for a lovely stay. "

"This was our 6th trip here, so obviously there is a lot to love. Three times as a couple, this was 3rd with two younger generations. Staff are lovely - although there is a risk of wine recommendations becoming a sales pitch. There are lots more hotel-organised trips available than before. "Staff are fantastic, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Zaina is truly an exceptional face to hte hotel, always helpful, friendly and with a smile on her face. The Hotel never feels crowded even when full. Getting to the beach without having to cross a main road is great. If I was being picky I would like a wider variety of cocktails-No Mojito!!!"
