"Simple mountain cabin in remote location. Space in great for a couple or two singles. Property has plenty of elbow room with several other structures spread out across a giant clearing next to a lake. We hiked, swam, kayaked, fished and relaxed and enjoyed the views. We cooked dinner on the charcoal grill, and drank our morning coffee while listening to the birds. Hosts were attentive and chatted with us a few times. "

"Check in was difficult with no internet on the property and no one at the motel office or available anywhere when we arrived at 4 pm. We later found the code for our room from the owners by driving for an internet connection in a nearby town. We were intimidated to return to the motel with no one there but did so and successfully accessed our room. The room was nicely appointed but we would have much preferred a welcome in person. "We had such a wonderful time! The location is so peaceful and scenic and the drive to 13th lake for swimming was just a few minutes. Absolutely hope to stay again!"
