"Very friendly helpful family who helped us to enjoy our stay. The food was excellent with good presentation. Breakfast of kippers made for an excellent start to the day. "
"We enjoyed our stay, it is a bit out of the way, but that is what we wanted. We found the the drive to places took longer than we were told but having no set schedule that was ok. Great view, quiet spot, and cozy accommodations! Only thing we had trouble with was the hot water. The tank did not seem to heat quickly nor be very large. It seemed to only last for 1 shower."

"Whilst it has some minor upgrade/ maintainance work in progress it didnt impact on our stay. The continuous flashing light in the hall outside our room overnight was annoying though! Either dicky electrics or haunted ! ( cant vouch for either being the case!) Fabulous accomodating staff, rooms were clean and well presented , more outdated than some places but quirky charm . Just off the town green parade area, well appointed next to train station and short walk from ferry landing ( well worth a short trip across the loch . Good selection of shops and eateries nearby.wouls return and reccomend "
